EyeSurgerySplits 1.0.9 native preview — corresponding dependency sources

This recipe supplement accompanies the unchanged complete source archive:
https://eyesurgerysplits.com/releases/1.0.7/EyeSurgerySplits-1.0.7-native-dependency-sources.zip
Download and extract that archive first, then use these updated build instructions
and scripts. The component sources are identical; the Linux build baseline is
now Ubuntu 22.04 instead of 24.04. SOURCE-ARCHIVES.json records their checksums.

Qt, PySide6 and Shiboken 6.11.2: unmodified upstream source archives supplied.
Their shared binaries come from the platform-native PyPI PySide6-Essentials and
shiboken6 wheels for Python 3.12. See Qt's platform build prerequisites and
https://doc.qt.io/qtforpython-6/building_from_source/index.html . Build matching
architecture, Qt ABI and CPython 3.12 extension modules.

Standalone FFmpeg: exact source snapshot 1005b294ff (8.1 branch).
OpenH264: exact source revision 98bc7cbbeb7381c94ef8f9a5d158327abbf6b8b9.
OpenCV 4.13.0: exact revision fe38fc608f6acb8b68953438a62305d8318f4fcd.
No prebuilt OpenCV video wheels or Homebrew FFmpeg libraries are distributed.
OpenCV is a custom minimal build using the SAME shared LGPL FFmpeg as the app.
OpenCV's bundled zlib, libpng and libjpeg-turbo source and license files are
included in its source tree. GPL and nonfree FFmpeg components are disabled.

Rebuild on macOS (Intel or Apple Silicon) or Ubuntu 22.04 amd64 with Python 3.12,
NumPy 1.26.4, CMake 3.31.10, pkg-config, make and the native C/C++ toolchain.
Place the supplied scripts in scripts/ under an empty working directory.
Run bash scripts/native_video.sh, then export LD_LIBRARY_PATH (Linux) or
DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH (macOS) to <working-directory>/.native-deps/video/lib and run
bash scripts/native_opencv.sh. The scripts document all configure/CMake flags.
native_sources.py may fetch exactly the enclosed source archives upstream;
to work offline place the FFmpeg/OpenH264 archives in .native-deps/ first.
For an offline OpenCV build use the enclosed archive in .native-deps/opencv,
skipping the git clone/checkout lines. The native build targets macOS 13+ or
Ubuntu 22.04's glibc 2.35. Windows uses a separate dependency build.

Modified libraries: close the app and back up your installation and user data.
Replace ABI-compatible libraries in Linux /opt/eyesurgerysplits/_internal or
Mac EyeSurgerySplits.app/Contents/Frameworks, preserving sibling symlinks.
PySide/Shiboken and cv2 Python extensions are separate files too.
Ad-hoc re-sign a modified Mac bundle with codesign --force --deep --sign -
EyeSurgerySplits.app. No developer-signature check prevents replacement.
Reinstalling restores the published libraries. Reverse engineering for debugging
modifications to LGPL components is permitted. Application code is proprietary;
its restrictions do not override the rights for third-party components.

The installers contain THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES; platform notice ZIPs are also offered.
SHA256-MANIFEST.json identifies every archive and recipe in this source package.
