The website does not provide account registration or accept surgical uploads. Hosting providers process connection information to deliver and protect the site. No advertising or analytics tracking scripts are intentionally included in this version.

If you email support, Ryan Zubricky receives the address and information you choose to send and uses it to respond and troubleshoot. Do not send clinical material or secrets. Contact support@eyesurgerysplits.com for privacy questions or to request deletion of support correspondence.

Local account passwords, saved cases, and videos are not uploaded to this website. The app encrypts saved records and autosaves; original videos and exports are not automatically encrypted. You control their storage, backups, and deletion.

Activated copies contact the license service with a license key and random installation identifier. The service stores license hashes, device assignments, and subscription references/status. Request information may be processed for rate limiting and operational troubleshooting. License checks do not upload surgical records or local account passwords.

Paid subscriptions are not open on this website. When billing becomes available, Stripe will process payment information and this notice will be updated for the live service.
