Privacy and billing.

The website does not provide account registration or accept surgical uploads. Hosting providers process connection information to deliver and protect the site. No advertising or analytics tracking scripts are intentionally included in this version.

If you email support, Ryan Zubricky receives the address and information you choose to send and uses it to respond and troubleshoot. Do not send clinical material or secrets. Contact support@eyesurgerysplits.com for privacy questions or to request deletion of support correspondence.

Local account passwords, saved cases, and videos are not uploaded to this website. The app encrypts saved records and autosaves; original videos and exports are not automatically encrypted. You control their storage, backups, and deletion.

Stripe processes your one-time payment and purchaser billing details. Our Cloudflare-hosted service reads the checkout confirmation to verify the purchased product, amount, currency, and payment status. It does not receive card numbers or surgical records.

The confirmation page temporarily keeps your checkout reference in browser session storage so you can retry or reload. An essential secure cookie grants download access for 24 hours. Your private purchase link can restore that access. Request information may be processed for rate limiting and operational troubleshooting. The downloaded app does not need subscription or activation checks. Contact support for billing-data questions.
