Desktop purchase terms.

EyeSurgerySplits costs $40 USD once, plus applicable tax shown at checkout. This is a desktop download for one user with no device limit. There is no subscription, automatic renewal, or recurring charge. You can continue using your downloaded version without periodic payment or activation checks.

Stripe processes your payment. After confirmed payment, return to the website to download the app. Save your private purchase link to restore download access later. Contact support if you lose it; do not purchase again.

Request a full refund within seven days of your first purchase by contacting support@eyesurgerysplits.com. For requests after seven days, contact support for individual review.

Include your purchase email and receipt reference. Do not send card details, passwords, or patient information.

Download the package for your operating system, install it, and create a local account. No license key is required. Keep your purchase link private. Local accounts and passwords are separate from billing; the website cannot recover your local encryption password.

Your records stay on your computer. Keep independent backups of your complete app data folder and original videos.

Read the download page before purchase. The Windows installer is unsigned; Mac builds are not Developer ID signed or notarized. Mac and Linux remain test releases. Features and compatibility are still being tested. Start with synthetic or appropriately de-identified material.

EyeSurgerySplits supports retrospective review and manual timing. It is not a substitute for clinical judgment, supervision, or your institution’s approved procedures.
